A scalp massage is a wonderful way to relieve stress. Working with the “marma” points of the head and neck, balances energy and relieves tension. Marma points are positions on the body where flesh, veins, arteries, tendon, bones and joints meet. This will increase circulation and help to achieve a feeling of total well-being by stimulating pressure points on the head and neck. After the scalp massage I will perform a combination of Reiki, CranioSacral, and Aromatherapy to balance and strengthen the energy pathways of the mind-body. This work is very subtle yet can have a great impact on many levels.
